Jessica Victor
Bridging psychology and project management in tech
Jessica Victor made her way into the tech field in a non-traditional manner after obtaining a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology. She got interested in Project Management after working for a number of small Philadelphia tech start-ups. As a PM, she enjoys helping projects go from a simple concept to a complete finished product on the web. She enjoys mentoring new PMs and co-created two Digital Project Management courses taught to over 300 students. Jessica is currently the Director of Project Management at Mindgrub.
In her spare time, Jessica enjoys traveling, and has been lucky enough to visit 42 countries on 6 continents; some adventures include building houses for Habitat for Humanity in southern India, beating the house in a Macau casino, and sleeping in a capsule hotel in Osaka.

BarCamp Philly: BarCamp is an “unconference“ where the talks are created on the day! Sessions are given on a variety of topics, and the day is created collaboratively – built by the people, for the people. After being a long time attendee, Jessica has stepped up and joined the BarCamp Leadership team in 2024.
DPM Philly: Digital Project Managers of Philadelphia is a local Meet Up group where PMs and those interested can come together and openly discuss anything related to our jobs and community.
